I don’t even pretend to understand Quordle!!
I felt that way until I took the first step and tried it.
If it’s any help, type in a word just as you would in Wordle and it appears in all four sections.
After that, I just go for the one which seems to be most correct and concentrate on that regardless of the other three.
If you’re lucky, not only will your chosen one improve, but hopefully the other three might improve a little as well.
Rightly or wrongly, I always continue to concentrate on the one I first chose, but if one of the others is coming up with more green, or even yellow, letters I go to that one.
