4, A G A I N!!!
Wordle 234 4/6
It took me 5 yesterday …or was it the day before …today I was lucky.
No. Not lucky; intelligent.
Ah, you say the kindest things JBR
@JBR I may seem a star today, but tomorrow my star is going to fizzle. It will be your turn to shine!
Hmm…5 letter word for tomorrows starter - FLIRT
Moi?
Aye, you, RN, and JB…all having a lovey (ooh there’s another one) time of it
I couldn’t sleep, which is why I’m on here at this ungodly hour.
Surprisingly, I got 4/6, bearing in mind that Marge, who did this just after midnight, informed me that the word is actually misspelt! Presumably an American spelling. (I always thought it was a British word game.)
I wonder how many of you get it, but I have at least given you a clue!
Wordle 235 4/6
I also forgot the american spelling - just sneaked in though!

Wordle 235 4/6
4 again for me!!!
AND… I just wanted to say…
I came on here only to share it… so had NOT seen JBR’s message
That’s VERY naughty!!!
Don’t agree with the different spellings at all…I think they ought to realise we aren’t all from the US. Not a happy bunny.
Wordle 235 6/6
Yes, I too thought the originator of this game was British, so why is he kowtowing to the yanks?
I guessed early on it would be US spelling, because I play lots of word games on my phone and they’re all the same, so I’m used to it now. Annoying though! And, like yesterday, there were several words it could have been, all with the same last 4 letters, grrr.

ETA: Apparently Josh Wardle who developed this game lives in New York, and used to live in silicon valley, although he was born and brought up in the UK. So maybe he’s become fully Americanised now…
Really struggled, even having seen the clue about American spelling
Wordle 235 5/6
I got it in 4 and after but only after exhausting all words realising it was in U.S. spelling.
I click on SHARE and it say “copied results to clipboard”. Then nothing. There is no option to paste.
You come here and click reply @Flowerpower then just right click, and you will see the option to paste. Click on that, and ta-daa!
That’s not fair today!
This morning’s answer is the American spelling.
