Have come across this lovely version of ‘Homeward Bound’? Paul Simon is the only person I know who can make Willie Nelson look tall! Willie is only 5’ 6" - so Paul must be really short.

A little video made in 2012 - Willie Nelson wrote and sings the song and another country music legend -Merle Haggard - made the video - very poignant. Shows some really old clips of Roy Rogers, Dale Evans, and - of course - Trigger after whom WN named his guitar!

Awesome, thanks for reminding me about some of his music.
I really loved when he was recording the “Highwayman” with Waylon Jennings, Johnny Cash, and Kris Kristofferson.
Some friends of mine were able to see them touring but not me :frowning:
Here, they are pretty much Icons of America
(the ones who are still alive).
