It has gotten to the stage where I refuse to participate in those “Tell is how we went” surveys.
You start a survey and the questions just keep on coming.
You might say the surveys are so the business can improve their service, but do they really?

Mostly tick box surveys so they can be read by a computer and probably used in advertising…“86% of 234 respondents said they would use the product again and recommend it to a friend”…Life’s too short Bretrick… 
They will hear from me if they get it wrong, otherwise it’s what you are employed to do…Do it and shut up!
