I don’t think that. But some are nasty critters, specially some snakes, spiders or insects & if you don’t know which is which you have a problem.
Nephew got bitten by a Funnel Web, a friend got bitten by a snake, luckily both survived with the right antidote. So you do have to be careful.
Here in Britain no creatures are particularly nasty, but we do have spiders that can bite & a snake that can also make you ill if it bites you, certainly not on the Australian scale though.
I am allergic to stings from bees, wasps & horse fly bites. The latter particularly nasty as they want to suck your blood, ticks do that to & can carry Lymes disease, I have a friend who suffers from that.
