I was nearly knocked down with a feather after so long being gone, to have received an email from a member asking me to return.
Tomorrow is one of our biggest National holidays here in the States ( Thanksgiving ) and I can not think of anything right now to be more grateful for, then to have been missed and asked to come back. Something that never happens to me, so that made it an added surprize and delight !

I am staying, so y’all are just gonna have to put up with me !!! Brooklyn gal doing a Southern accent !! 
It may have taken 25+ years of on and off therapy, but I am getting the hang of not running everytime someone is rude, selfish or makes nasty off the cuff remarks. I may not like it, but am handling it much better.
My psychologist said to me the other day ’ are you going to let people who say rude things, get free rent in your head for days or weeks afterward ? '.
That’s true, it is time to start evicting the free loaders.
I started life with very very little in my toolbox for negotiating life and personalities, and it has been a long and painful slog to get thru every day.
55 is coming up soon, and 2016 MUST be my year to start getting more things right.
