I am very fond of oysters, I occasionally buy a dozen Sydney Rock Oysters. Am not sure if I have ever had oysters in the UK but I have definitely had whelks.
To be honest I think the Thais do sea snails better though (and much, much cheaper)
Despite my ‘east end’ roots, jellied eels have never been past my lips - it’s all that jelly!
I can’t eat pork pies either, or any type of food that contains jelly.
