I dunno, about a decade ago I bought a microwave with convection heating etc to replace my LG microwave which I had been using for many years previously. I gave the LG to my youngest son, when I was in Darwin last year I noticed that he was still using it.
Everything I’ve bought from the brand is unable to cope with wear and tear of frequent use. I have had TVs and mobiles. I wouldn’t go off piste from Bosch with white goods if I can afford it. Although tbh most manufacturers these days try to save on quality. So even if a brand used to be good you won’t know what you’re getting in 2026.

perhaps your quality is different being closer to Korea they might source better materials, quality control or manufacturing methods. I tend to associate them with failure after many disappointments. Which is so annoying as their stuff is always user friendly.
