Where has it gone; has anyone seen it?
Has somebody been stealing time?
It was half-past six an hour ago,
And now it’s half-past nine.
Time can be tedious, and just hang around,
Or it can flash by as it runs away,
I was talking about this at work just last week,
… Yet I retired six years ago today.

time has always been artificial - invented by man as a convenience - yes planets revolve around suns and moons and they seem to do so always but we invented time to make it easy to run our busy lives yea?
Mankind tends to like counting beans. So it seems natural to try and create a bijection between the digits on our hands, feet etc and apparent possible commonalities in a physical cycle.
I was reading a scientific hypothesis the other “time” that suggested that past; present and future are all in the same dimension? - and if you squeeze ya eyes really tightly bygum they are!!
