All cats I have owned and my visitors can and do sleep where they want, I probably have a super friendly flat for pets. Last count there are around 12 different places that cats claim as beds.
Cannot have pets and then whinge about fur as it comes with the territory.

That’s good that he was a gentle giant!. I have only known the two that I mentioned so I can’t really judge it by just those.
