How does anyone find the photo section here ?
Saw this amazing pic and thought I would post it .

Oh that is just beautiful! I thought it was gonna be a photo of Plymouth Sound. I posted a shot on Facebook once, and wrote “The Sound from Royal Corinthian Yacht Club”, and my daughter commented “sorry, can’t hear a thing” :joy:

I have observed the water vapour rings myself when out very early and the birds are not arguing with each other. This phenomena is usually only seen in very cool still air conditions and the observer is close enough to watch or has camera trained in the right direction.

@Muddy Cick on the “Categories” link, scroll down to “Hobbies and Pastimes” and “Your Photos and Art” is the third on the list…

Thanks Barry I must have missed it ( I found it once before too ) really I find all these extra steps in order to post tedious.

But what about when it’s not yours?

Just a thought.

When what isn’t yours @d00d ? The section belongs to everyone…

And that’s interesting … I didn’t know we were supposed to find a category first; I’ve always clicked on the +New Thread button on the main Forum page then added words like “photos”.

No, it’s just that “Your Phots & Art” suggests to me that it’s something you did not something you found elsewhere.

It’s still an interesting thread/topic.

As far as I know there are no restrictions as to what you can post as long as you aren’t infringing copyright, and in this instance Muddy has quite openly said that the photo is one that she saw, and the photographer’s name is quite prominently shown…

Yeah I’m not accusing Muddy of anything, it’s just the last over 50s chat place I was on had different sections, which I thought was a good idea:

Photography: General discussions
Photography: Help and Support
Photography: Members’ Own Photos

OK please ignore, the last thing we need here is different sections, thinking about it, as we can continually add more & more tags.

I got it from Facebook
