What's your favorite cozy mystery tv series?

If you like your TV with an afternoon cuppa, then Father Brown (2013 TV series) - Wikipedia might fill the bill for you with Mark Williams in the title role. There are a number of different police dectives cast, but for me Jack Deem almost steals the shots from Mark Williams due to his spot on acting and expert timing in the role.

As a kid Scooby Doo.
I was always a little disappointed that there were never any real spooks.

The Man from Uncle (with Napoleon Solo and Illya Kuryakin)

The Invaders (with David Vincent)

I worked with a Dave Vincent and he was always being asked if he’d seen any UFO’s lately.

I saw neither of those shows.
They never made it to the West Coast of Tasmania :disappointed:

They were a long time ago perhaps you are too young :grinning:

Most likely. Being born in 1962.
The thing is, television never made it to Tasmania until 1960.

That is quite late.We had it first in Wales in 1952,not that most people had a tv for quite a few years after that.

My memory is sketchy but I think our family never got a TV until 1967.

I think ours was 1956.In the UK at first renting a TV was popular, not many actually bought one. They weren’t that reliable and repairs came included with the rental fee. :grinning:
