Part way through unchosen. It’s getting more and more ridiculous. If this was the top watch netflix really is hitting a new low.
I’m watching Peaky Blinders tonight
really enjoying it so far! It’s nice to just relax and get lost in a good story. Perfect way to spend the evening.
really enjoying the Kylie limited series. Takes me back.
I have just finished watching The Better Sister. Enjoyed it very much and it had a very satisfying ending.
I’ve gone back to watching Grace and Frankie, I had left it at the fourth series, I’ll be watching it right till the end now , I’m in a “funny, silly watch” mood. ![]()
Love it! ![]()
Ive just finished all of Everwood its a gentle family viewing , Romance between teenagers and also adults , it got me wanting more after each episode , and the ending wraps everything up so theres no loose ends .
I very much recommend the Kylie documentary, it actually brought me to tears in places. Really compelling and inspiring. Something I would watch again.
I forget who recommended it but I have started watching Vladimir, seems quite promising. I recognised the woman but couldn’t place her until I read that it was Rachael Weisz, I hadn’t heard of her for ages.
Also started the second series of Beef, was a bit disappointed to find that it is not a follow on from the first series but has new characters, seems OK though.
Yes Vladimir, I remember enjoying that. ![]()
Hello, My Name Is Doris
American 90 minute romantic comedy, next.
I started watching Beef but have now left it, I’m not too sure whether I like it or not, a bit strange for my liking. I may go back to it though.
Anyone else watched the boroughs? Cross between stranger things and cocoon.
Have just started watching “Mo” and so far so good about a Palestinian refugee in USA. It’s a comedy and reminds of a British program I watched about a Pakistani in London which was funny too (forget the name but the two main characters look like each other)
I have just started watching a couple of Series on Disney+ which seem really good so far, well, they’ve hooked me.
The Stolen Girl
Alice and Steve
Ive finished watching Bass Reeves a true story of a free slave who became a lawman , I looked into his life story , and it was good to see a slave get some recognition.
In the post about Mo I mentioned a UK series that it reminded me of but couldn’t remember the name.
Just came across it again Man Like Mobeen, It was really funny and clever too.
I started watching that a while back but found the subject matter too difficult
