I’m cooking my lunch, which will be the main meal of the day for me, and just wondered what everybody else is having ?
I have home made tuna fish cakes with salad and coleslaw

A couple of tins of baked beans is a good idea. Something that will remind you of for the rest of the day how good they were.

I’ve kind of skipped lunch!
Tonight I’m thinking of something a little " devil- may- care" something to bung in the air fryer during a DVD.
As for dessert?

Chicken. Just chicken. I love Saturdays I can have lunch with family & friends. Unlike the weekdays I can’t always have lunch since I’m so busy.

Home made shepherds pie with fresh mixed veg today, not everybody’s choice on a warm sunny day but it made a nice change from salad
