I don’t know what it’s called but I see it on the telly in some programmes. It’s when some kind of special artist can create how a person looked centuries ago, from a skull.

Yes, it truly is fascinating.
I’ve just dug out an old book of mine, Mysteries of The Mummies by Rosalie David. A young woman’s likeness was reconstructed using those kind of techniques.
Scarily enough I bought that book back in 78 when it was published.

There used to be a TV series with Julian Richards called “Meet the Ancestors”. Archaeologist Julian Richards pieced together the lives of long-dead people. That’s where I first saw it, I found it fascinating.

I often wish I could have been one .
There wasn’t jobs like that ( or at least I had never heard of them ) when I left school .
