Reviving this thread- share your toppings now that your two weeks of summer is over
Call me old-fashioned but I’d always enjoyed freshly popped kernels and drenched in real butter.
In our travels for work, hubby, myself and munchkins loved “Orville Redenbacher’s microwave popcorn” Butterscotch or Toffee
Back home, we’ve got a countertop popper and occasionally get the microwave ones.
Granted, we’re no longer going to cinema but the only ones who’d the best popcorn cinema style was Lynnwood. Last time was for Harry Potter films.
Sorry to be joyless but popcorn toppings are a no no.
Freshly popped with a generous sprinkling of Maldon Salt mixed in does it for me, straight out of the pan too!
I might very occasionally let my hair down and add a little runny honey.
I’d have to join you in the joylessness then as I totally agree. What can I say, I’m boring…
Joylessness is the new Rock and Roll
Not to be confused with Joy Division of course…ooops, off topic!
Just give the pan, bag, container a good shake and you should find the tough nasty bits and pieces languishing at the bottom .
I’m not a popcorn person but there’s are quite pleasant for special occasions.
