Offal how can anyone eat liver hearts kidneys…they are organs for heaven’s sake!
Add in brains and my mouth waters just thinking about all that deliciousness.

CRAB! Almost a lifetime ago I was coerced (deffo against my better judgement) into eating a small portion of crabmeat in a salad. I was extremely ill within a few minutes and I do mean violently ill:nauseated_face:. . I have rejected crab as food ever since

You are missing out. And as you live in France you should easily be able to get great quality kidneys, liver, pancreas, heart - from many animals. High in protein, low in fat. Nose to tail, or not at all for me. (To be fair, I draw the line at brains and intestines.)
Not missing out …don’t like full stop…healthily but no good if you dont like them… I do know my own taste buddies and they are limited still…
Growing up I demanded Salads or Meat Pie…did eat other items but that was my main stay…Sis would eat anything literally…wildlife cant do…never a fluffy Duck, can I even think that is Food, no no no
