Using Redang Curry Paste.
Served with rice and garlic naan.

Korean style noodles for dinner today.
I’v just cooked a small Pork Loin Joint , and roasted Med Veg and boiled potatoes . Im not hungry yet so will eat later.
I made some zingy green chilli garlic bread today. I’d usually use extra virgin olive oil but today what the hell it was butter for a change!
It looks rather anaemic in the picture but the bread was a much nicer gentle shade of yellow with a crispier texture than when using olive oil.
There were four pieces but Chilli jnr has scoffed one with his lunch… good move! ![]()
I didn’t exactly do a bake up, but I treated my son today (well myself too
