Hi
The sound of notes being taken out of my wallet.
That âcryâ is supposed to grab attention so that the infant receives attention, but now at my age I have to agree it does get on oneâs tits.
@Bretrick I find the skirling and overly loud screams of sea birds (sky rats) far too much to put up with and then to add insult to injury, the same gulls then swoop in an attempt to nick my chips âŠwhat a load of bâstards!!
A murder of crows can be murderous. When they congregate early in the morning, I go outside and put the hose on them. Dastardly crows.
I like the large crows around here and one in particular, âBusterâ is a very good verbal mimic who is hand tame and feeds in my back garden when Iâm out in a recliner. His words are clear to me and I find him very amusing with his antics to gain my attention He also goes for and chases gulls, so that really endears him to me
Donât forget to close your bedroom window afterwards⊠theyâre likely to be very cross with you!
People who smack their chops whilst eating and people who eat with their mouth open.
Yep!
And donât get me started on soup slurpers.
When Iâm up north I hate the sound of the gulls, they are pretty vicious too. If your on The Front they come diving after your lunch or ice cream. If Iâm in Perth itâs my neighbours 6 grandkids, screaming non stop trying to be the boss, the boys play football and I worry for my greenhouse as it sometimes comes over the fence. I always send the dog after it hoping he will put his teeth through it. She has them after school and during the holidays, they drive me mad.
Just thought of another - people who have their speakers on full in a public place such as a cafe when using their phone so you get to hear the loud conversation whether you want to or not. That also goes for people watching videos on their phones who donât have the sense to buy earbuds, but think that everyone wants to hear it as well as them.
The sound of people eating with their mouth open
Yeah, but it can be a visual thing too⊠horrible! Eating, talking and gulping with their mouths open.
Multi tasking isnât always to be celebrated
People who belch out loud
Whinging old people!
Oooh⊠get you !
Thatâs why I always have the sound turned down when Iâm reading the forum.
I have been known to do that in the past. As the years have gone by I have learnt that it is not polite so no more belching for me in public.
Not pleasant for sure.
It is time we the people spoke up about this lack of respect for others peaceful enjoyment of the environment.
Why should we be subject to others loud conversations?
There is a a lot to winge about though.
The whine of a dentists drill
Yes bloody dogs barking - aside from the other many problems these accursed creatures cause - & as someone carrying lifetime injuries because of them & their equallly useless irresponsible owners their barking infuriates me.
Dogs hate postmen and runners OldBloke, and Iâve been bothâŠ
Back in the fifties when I was a boy I only knew one family who owned a dog. Now I only know one family who donât own a dogâŠBring back licensing!
