That is different to real life.?

1… you can speak and answer when you please.
2…I think there is much more freedom to engage on a forum about all sorts of things, which I’ve never been able to do in real life.
3…You can learn about yourself and others on a forum after posting for years.

Anyway what do you think? :grin:

  1. Or not at all if you don’t wish to, nobody hassling for an answer.
  2. A variety of subjects and of course many different posters too.
  3. I know myself quite well, after all I’ve lived with myself all my life!
    Interesting to learn about others, although that’s not always easy
    when it’s just text on a screen.

I don’t like people mostly.One or two perhaps.In the real world you have to pretend to be interested in what they are up to…etc…

You get to interact with people and ideas you wouldn’t usually ( and sometimes wouldn’t put up with) without having to mix with them in the flesh, so to speak :rofl:

Sorry to disappoint you Maree but we do have to wear masks here.I’ve tried smiling at people in the past but it frightens them.

For me it’s number two.
My number four would be that it helps me engage in them for therapeutical and prophylactical reasons. :wink:
