I have been messing about with some macro photography
That is just a tiny circuit board for a lithium cell charging and discharge protection. it is about 1.5cm by about 2.5cm in size. They are less than $1 each if you buy them by the half dozen.
Ex GPO Telephones types might recognise Nippers Cutting Diagonal 5" (or it might be Nippers Diagonal Cutting 5") the pair on the right is dated 1966 and made by Lindstrom in Sweden but both pairs are absolute crap. My first pair as an apprentice (YIT) ended up as a molten blob of steel after shorting out a pair of exchange bus bars.
