Dusted is right for the garden here. We’ve had no rain and 34+ deg temperatures for a week and the forecast is no rain and 39-41 deg temperatures through next week. Dusty indeed.
Our family is here for a couple weeks from the USA. Our son has done a few chores including cutting grass…)
I pruned the cotonester hedge,might have to buy the Battery secateurs. Its difficult with no strength in one arm…
Electric secateurs are mandatory around me as Oct-April is vine pruning time. You can hear the shwick-shwick of these secateurs everywhere. The vine pruners need a certificate to verify they have been trained in how to cut vines - no idea what the training course involves. But they are out 6 days a week pruning so electric cutters are needed. In fact, you can tell by the chunky fingers of older men and women that their early years were manual secatuers only. So I say that you should invest and make your life easier.
