I think that individuals sharing point of view, is done fairly well on here. I think the trick is not to be too thin skinned. Every one is not going to like what you say 100% of the time. If they did then the forum would be boring. I’m still trying to figure out where exactly where you all came from. One minute I was quietly typing away and all of a sudden I read

No idea what you’re talking about, but I guess it’s similar to “grease through a goose”. :grinning:

Every ruddy thread ends up in an argument. Some people have no social skills

Ruby is Ruby Murray, rhyming slang for curry. Guinness you may have heard of, is a stout beer. Dark in colour with a creamy head.
Now I’m hungry and thirsty :joy:

I was actually sticking up for ruthio, who l felt was being insulted… but l got hit by a torpedo!!

Ruby threw me I know about Guinness. I can’t stand the taste and drinking it warm (sorry stomach turning). The only alcohol that I actually like I can’t afford the “good stuff” and that is single malt scotch whiskey. I can afford it if I want it made yesterday. Truly well aged it is quite expensive and considering how little I partake not worth the price.

Glad to help. Guinness is cold from the pump here. I’m not a drinker at all. May have a couple of Jack Daniels at Christmas and that’s it. :+1:

Southern Comfort is lovely with fresh orange juice!
Try it, it only hits you when you get to the bottom of the glass!!

The problem with most American made whiskey is they think 5 years is aged. IMHO For me 25years is a good start.
