I think that individuals sharing point of view, is done fairly well on here. I think the trick is not to be too thin skinned. Every one is not going to like what you say 100% of the time. If they did then the forum would be boring. I’m still trying to figure out where exactly where you all came from. One minute I was quietly typing away and all of a sudden I read

Ruby is Ruby Murray, rhyming slang for curry. Guinness you may have heard of, is a stout beer. Dark in colour with a creamy head.

I was actually sticking up for ruthio, who l felt was being insulted… but l got hit by a torpedo!!
Ruby threw me I know about Guinness. I can’t stand the taste and drinking it warm (sorry stomach turning). The only alcohol that I actually like I can’t afford the “good stuff” and that is single malt scotch whiskey. I can afford it if I want it made yesterday. Truly well aged it is quite expensive and considering how little I partake not worth the price.

Glad to help. Guinness is cold from the pump here. I’m not a drinker at all. May have a couple of Jack Daniels at Christmas and that’s it.

The problem with most American made whiskey is they think 5 years is aged. IMHO For me 25years is a good start.
