I’m having a bit of a Pink Floyd fest today. One of my all time favourites is “Wish You Were Here”.

Wish You Were Here - Live

For a friend of mine who is not well, hoping it will cheer her up as he is her favourite singer.

I am a classical music person. I started in the 5th grade on violin…got into a symphony orchestra at 16…lasted 22 yrs…conductor asked me to switch to viola…did that…enjoyed it as an accompaning instrument not solo. Met many opera stars from the MET and many musicians. Those were my fondest moments in the music world. Ciao Marcus

Join the club Marcus matey. Not gifted enough to play a musical instrument, but I love classical music and Opera in particular.

Ok, Uncle Joe welcome aboard. Luciano, Placedo, Andrea B. Enrico, Brun Hilde, (lol) Hines, Maria Callas, Roberta Peters, ohhhhhhh the beauty of a talented singer–they all say Good Morning Uncle Joe. Hope the day is good to you. Arrevederci

Marcus matey, four years ago was on holiday in Egypt and saw where they performed Aida (Temple of Karnak in Luxor). The Opera performance was used in one of the James Bond films many years ago. It is a magnificent structure and just right for that particular opera!!!
