Pukka pie, with potatoes and runner beans (vegetables from the allotment).

Gravy made with Bisto Best, half a Knorr stock cube, a pinch of black pepper, a small scoop of turmeric powder and the same amount of ginger powder.

Just finished lunch of home made tomato soup served with crusty French bread and followed by raspberries and coconut yoghurt. :drooling_face:

A very tender pork loin today with potatoes and cheesy spinach…
Not too shabby for a Sunday lunch.

Lunch today is a simple ham and salad bun :slightly_smiling_face:

Cold lamb sandwich with mustard, left overs from Sunday lunch

Lunch = homemade tomato and celery soup with garlic bread.

Dinner = homemade southern fried chicken goujons, with broccoli, carrots and mashed potatoes.

Dinner tonight is chicken curry with brown rice

An Iceland luxury range ‘Meatball Mac ‘n’ Cheese’ ready meal and a few oven chips. It was really tasty too. I discovered the ‘Mac’ in the name stands for macaroni. Also ate an orange.
