Just finished lunch of home made tomato soup served with crusty French bread and followed by raspberries and coconut yoghurt.

Dinner = homemade southern fried chicken goujons, with broccoli, carrots and mashed potatoes.
Had slaw dogs this evening.
Lunch today was coq au vin with a jacket potato, and stewed fruit with coconut yoghurt for dessert, yum yum…
An Iceland luxury range ‘Meatball Mac ‘n’ Cheese’ ready meal and a few oven chips. It was really tasty too. I discovered the ‘Mac’ in the name stands for macaroni. Also ate an orange.
Just polished off lasagne with some crusty fresh baked French bread, delicious

We take breakfast at 6, lunch at 12 and tea at 5, like all civilised people…
