Undecided. Could be: Haggis, mash and gravy or sausage casserole and steamed veg.
Yesterday I took some lamb chops from the freezer (I’m pretty sure they were reduced price but I’d already removed them from the original packaging and put in a bag. Did some roasties, and carrot, peas and about 4 broad beans! The last on the plot. The whole dinner was just yum.
Chicken satay, peanut sauce, rice, and two spring rolls.
Not very healthy, I know, but, well…
I had some cold chipolata sausages with a few chips and spaghetti and a fried egg
I’ve had chicken, mash, veg and a small yorkie pud with a little gravy. Starving now though so will have some toast for supper.
Today I am making Vegetable Curry & Pasta Shells.
Beef stroganoff for us today, made with sirloin steak, plenty of garlic, onions, mushrooms, red peppers and double cream with a dash of lemon juice…served on a bed of rice
No kissing for you tonight then Malcolm, mind you it wouldn’t matter if your wife/partner is having garlic as well.
I had fishcake and chips and jolly nice it was too
It really does taste better eaten by the seaside lol:lol:
Today:
Pork Chop, Cheese & Onion Potato Pie & Vegetables.
Just cooking half a Sainsbury’s beef cobbler, and half a rumbledethump (with extra cheese on top). Would have done some peas but spent time down the allotment, watering, and cutting brambles and over hanging branches over the path of the new plot. (Just fancied doing it!)
Jazzi…whats a rumbledethump? lol
I have just had cod and chips from the chippy, lashings of salt and vinegar it was delicious mmm!!!
Chicken and mayo sarnie and tomato soup followed by a Twirl, Cadbury’s, that is.
Potato, spinach, swede, bit of cheese.
That sound delicious do you mash the potato and have the swede and spinach covered in cheese?
Fish 'n chips with pickled onions - fabulous!!!
I had 2 rashers of grilled bacon with a grilled tomato and 2 fried eggs and a slice of bread and butter
For tea we will be having sweetcorn and new potatoes with pork and apple burgers
Its Sunday - means full (chicken) roast, tatties, parsnips, carrots and will add some sweetcorn warmed in a saucepan with a knob of butter!!!
No, it’s a ready meal from Sainsburys. The veg are just packed in pieces, or chunks. I always add that little extra cheese on top.
Not sure whether to eat out today as a treat.
Got some chicken breasts out of the freezer will cube and bread crumb those, doing them with peas and green beans and chips, breading a quorn steak thingy for me.
