What are you having for lunch/dinner? (Part 1)

Slovak Christmas soup tonight.

Salmon Salad for me today.

Not sure today - have to be out with a friend at lunch-time, so may have to stop and find another pub that serves pub grub.

Think I fancy egg on toast today.

I struggled with fish cakes and chips…but it was lovely all the same for lunch…
Shall be having egg and salad cream sandwich for dinner later

At home now enjoying a quarter pounder with grilled cheese, in a roll (the roll was 25p from Asda), cheap lunch.

Been out and about, took a cheque to the company that services our lawn mowers, simply because it was easy to get to by a one stop train journey, then I enjoyed a little walk to the bus that takes me nearly home.

Popped into Homebase for a mooch round. I’m looking for a supplier and cutter of perspex sheets, but looks like a car ride away (Romford) now, having looked on the internet. There used to be a very handy little shop near me…sadly gone.

Lambs’ liver and onions with creamy mashed potato, Spring greens, carrots and broccoli.

Tonight’s supper may well be the second steak and ale pie (came in a pack of two), with boiled potatoes, and veg. Better go and prepare it all then.

Hi

Vegetable soup.

I am on a diet following Morty’s thing about a man should be able to see his belt.

Hope she reads this! Morty you can’t go now!

No diet for me, I am making two Lasagna’s this morning.

Me - Lasagna and Salad
OH - Lasagna, Potatoes and Peas.

Off to the ‘vampire clinic’ again this morning, so on my way home again will swing past my ‘local’ pie shop for a couple of tasty pies!!!

As it is Friday…we are having a fish n chip takeaway…MMM…

Hi

The diet continues.

Tripe soup today,Flaczki .

I am not a fussy eater Swim, but I am afraid starvation sounds preferable to that soup. :078:

Going away tomorrow so using up bits and pieces in the fridge, looking at cheese, eggs, carrots and milk if I give the carrots to the dogs looks like cheese omelette for me.
