How long was the Pork Steaks in the oven for?
I just cooked it on the gas hob for 1.1/2hrs medium heat and turned down once it started to bubble… It was nice and tender meat…
Today we are having, Steak & Kidney Puddings with vegs.
Spag Bol - how unexciting is that? However, it’s a goodie, a standby, something which doesn’t let you down. - we can’t have (and wouldn’t want) cordon bleu every day
Doing a layered aubergine tomato, mozzarella thingy today with pasta.
This evening we just had Chinese Chicken Rolls.
Lunch was baked potato with tuna, then a yogurt.
Dinner will be sweet and sour chicken with rice.
We’ve just eaten…
A surf & turf… Salmon & orange sauce, with a Chicken Salad…
Followed by…
Strawberries & Creamy Sweet Yoghurt…
We have just had Pasta Bolognaise.
Tonight, I am having Noodles, OH is having a sandwich.
Stuffed mushrooms with a courgette and carrot spaghetti
Lunch was a tuna salad with baked potato and a yogurt.
Dinner was macaroni cheese with crusty bread.
We have just had Beef Casserole, Boiled Potatoes, Dark Greens & Carrots.
Tonight it will be Cheese on Toast.
Lunch was… 2 Slices of Toast with Chicken and Cheese & Onion Melt.
Later tonight after the Pub… Chicken Marsala and Rice.
Your making me all feel hungry, I have a boil in the bag fish cooking with some veggies, it actually is quite nice!!
I’ve eaten a full large tin of baked beans this evening. It is true what they say about them. I might have to change my pjs prematurely at this rate.

Picnic lunch over the allotment (a sort of ploughmans), and tonight will probably be a chicken kiev, cheesy potato and peas.
I had a full Scottish breakfast, so it’ll be tonight before I have anything else. It’ll be spag bol for dinner.
Lunch, I had Chicken Curry and Rice.
Tonight, Two Coronation Chicken Rolls.
For lunch… left over Chicken Marsala and Rice.
For Dinner… Mozzerella Cheese & Tomato & Basil Pasta Bake.
