Hi Jazzi, I ate most of it and yes it was nice.
Today we are having Lamb Cutlet with Mash.
Making pancakes today, filling the veggie ones with herby mushrooms tomatoes and onions and the meaty one will have minced beef in a separate bowl, never looks quite as appetising but he likes it that way.
Ham rolls with coleslaw for lunch.
Roast chicken with rice and salad for dinner.
For Lunch …
Mackerel in tomato sauce on toast and a Cup a soup.
For Dinner…
Were going out for a Steak meal 
A small mixed veg omlette for lunch. Liver casserole, Jacket potato & veges for dinner.
Pate, chunky bread, tomatoes and Branston for lunch.
The grandkids came to dinner so did them their favourite Tuna & Pasta Bake with Garlic Bread.
Today its Hunters Chicken, Chicken breast wrapped in bacon with roast potatoes, Brussels & swede.
Today we are having Braising Steak, 3 hrs cooking time. with new potatoes and dark greens.
We are getting back to eating properly now.
For dinner, it’s mackerel baked on a bed of mixed veges.
Today we had Chicken Gougons, Mash & Beans.
At Lunchtime i had a Pub Meal.
Homemade Steak Pie, Chips, Peas, Cabbage, Carrots and Gravy + Pint Strongbow Cider.
Today its a roast.
I have got Chicken Breasts which I have rubbed in salt, pepper & English mustard, with r. Potatoes, baked onion, fine beans & carrots, gravy.
For lunch i had a Ham Sandwich and a Bowl of Cock o Leekie Soup.
For tea we are having Chicken Breasts, with a Jacket Potato and a Mixed Salad.
We don’t often have a cooked meal on Sunday’s as were out and about 
I had a cooked breakfast at the hotel this morning.
Dinner will be a sandwich.
Today we are having a fry-up.
This lunchtime i’ve had…
A Cheese and Onion Sandwich with a Thai Chicken Cup of Soup.
I’m trying to eat healthily so had a salad for lunch with tinned mackerel in white wine which we bulk buy in France.
I just had my home made lentil and potato soup with a pumpkin seed roll.
Tonight I’ll have chicken madras with pilau rice and pitta.
Oh I’m so glad I am back to eating again.
