When I was last in the fishmongers, there were some large brown crabs on display. The shop assistant said they were live, just a bit docile because of the chill. Great, I bought one and today we had crab salad with freshly baked rolls for lunch.
I think it’s gammon steaks for dinner.
I had a jacket potato with tuna and salad for lunch. A couple of flat peaches.
Dinner is homemade Weightwatchers bolognaise.
Today we are having Mackrael with Salad (not very exciting).
Lunch was a toasted bagel and lettuce, tomato, bacon and egg :-p
Dinner was a Weightwatcher chicken curry with pitta bread.
Today we are having Bangers, Mash & Runner beans from the garden, got too many.
lunch was a bagel with cheese and tomato.
Not sure about dinner yet, but maybe gammon steak.
We had Red Salmon Salad today.
I had an unhealthy lunch. A bread roll with sliced tomato and cheese and onion crisps in it. Delicious :-p
Dinner was macaroni cheese.
Sausage, egg and tomatoes, yum yum…
Today we are having Pork Chop baked in the oven with peppers, mushrooms and tin tomatoes with Roast Potatoes, runnerbeans & carrots.
You still wading through the runner beans, susiejaeger?! 
We’re having vegetable spring rolls with a mild chicken curry.
Roast beef, roast potatoes, organic vegetables including runner beans from the garden and horseradish sauce.
Plumbs picked from the fruit farm yesterday :-).
Lunch was a packed lunch at a farm park.
Dinner will be from the buffet at a retiral party tonight.

We had a fish n chip pub meal today…okay - ish.
Today we are just having an Indian Picnic Savouries as we are going to a Car Show and probably get soaked, as its raining quite heavy now.
Well we are home again after spending just 2 hrs. at the show, as it was tipping it down with thunder and lightening and not hardly anyone turned up, so it was just a wash-out.
It was brunch again today and it was bacon and egg rolls :-p
Not sure about dinner, but maybe just a baked potato with cheese.
