I knew one lady, an old neighbour of mine , who insisted on the house having a dressing room and a hot tub as basic essentials.

I suppose the exterior of the house would determine how I felt about about what would go on inside. If it was something very innovative and modern then it would have to be rather minimalist. No antique dark Jacobean furniture for me, just as well.
