Depression Cake, not not because it cheers you up🤣 It’s a vintage cake from the Great Depression when people couldn’t afford eggs and dairy
But because of that it’s accidentally vegan and I make it for my vegan friend when she comes over

It’s just peas, bananas and ground oats. Recipe is here. The person who posted the picture said it was soft, chewy and gently sweet.
