My everyday car is low enough on emissions to not incur ULEZ charges as is my wife’s, but my much older LR Defender is completely exempt due to its age, but it’s an old diesel and the pollution when in use is off the scale, but it’s okay for me to drive it in any zone even with trailer attached and another vehicle up on it the whole ULEZ thing is utterly daft just like Kahn
