Shame the USA decided not to bother and is now years behind in development. The reason Trump is terrified of upsetting Russia. The reason why Russia could wipe out London in 9 min. The reason the current USA carrier sent to Iran is being kept over 200km out of their small missile range, regardless that its escort boats could detect and knock out a golf ball 70 miles away.
If it all is as described here, if not only the European NATO states are standing there without two pennies to rub together and can only beg Russia for mercy, but if even the US can only wait for its destruction since it can’t defend itself, the question then arises why exactly Putin hasn’t seized on this chance yet? What makes him hesitate although victory is certain? There must be more to it than those hypersonic weapons.

Your comment about the Epstein files and world peace. There is no reason to put these two things together - unless deep down you hold a belief that Trump is in any way acting in the interests of world peace. Of course he is not. He does not care about that. He does care about his involvement with Epstein and how he his ratings would disappear if that came to light. The FBI and the DoJ are clearly under direct instruction to bury such parts of the files. Anything that takes up news space that is not the unreleased Epstein files is a good thing in Trump’s mind. Distraction is a key tool. Picked up and talked about by tools.
Putin being justified in invading Ukraine. It is terribly sad that again you defend the indefensible. Invading a sovereign nation is plain wrong, killing hundreds of thousands is not seeking security, breaking an international treaty (when Ukraine gave up nuclear weapons it held in return for non-aggression) is criminal. Putin never intended to negotiate or discuss his concerns on whether NATO or US held weapons in Ukraine. He wanted the excuse to invade.
Invasion of Iraq. Absolutely correct - this gulf war was wrong. Therefore to add to that wrong with other wrongs is the opposite of aiming to set the right standards. I do not understand why you think the Iraq invasion now excuses any illegal international act by Trump (unless you now are saying the Iraq invasion was right).
God Bless America , where would we be without them? I hate to think. Reading last night’s Russian world affairs, it appears that the UK still remains their most hated country. What they wanted to inflict on it was rather too much to repeat on here, that is, apart from reducing the county to a pile of radioactive dust and drowning it under 5 metres of radioactive water inflicted by their reputed new tsunami H-Bomb torpedoes. Hard luck if you live on the East Coast. Never fear, we have the Royal Navy, which consists of two aircraft carriers which canabalize each other for parts to remain afloat and a few now poorly maintained escort destroyers. The reason is the funding is spent on 4 old submarines, which are our nuclear deterrent, the only problem being is they are in a worse condition and only one is at sea at a time as you are all aware. A recent test at firing two missiles did not go well it seems; both failed and one went flying off towards the coast of the USA, who perhaps were not to worried as I suspect they have the bomb codes.
So three big cheers for Mr Trump for protecting us all these years and waking Europe up perhaps. Oh and a big thanks to a county in the Holy Land for doing similar, one of the most amazing races mankind has produced.
So you agree that the armed forces of some NATO members are in a sorry state. Our officials described them as “standing bare”. Now they seem to have heard the wake-up call. What I missed in the last posts on this subject is an attempt to put it all a bit into perspective and present a more balanced view. That’s why I was playing devil’s advocate in my previous post asking the rhetorical question why Putin didn’t take advantage of the superiority ascribed to his army? The answer is not that he’s waiting for the perfect moment as your vid implies .
The answer is that his superiority is not as crushing as you describe. Hypersonic weapons have their drawbacks, the Russian army has its problems , too, (think of its glorified Armata T14 tank, the explosion of the nuke sub Kursk,etc.) and the hypersonic missiles are just a beacon project where the Russians have some capacity at the moment but others, including the US, are catching up. Russia will need effective missile defence systems itself. All in all, there still is a strategic balance and a multiple overkill capacity which Putin is aware of and still deterred by.
Employing those hypersonic weapons will lead to a further escalation of hostilities and combat actions, all the way up to Armageddon. In that case it’s all the same which kind of weapons it was triggered off by.
What has become uncertain indeed is if the US would lift a finger at all if we were attacked.

That would be fine in part with me Ron. I would be happy if just the human race were completely erased from the world, as they are not fit to live on it. Despite reputed intelligence that can send craft to outer space, they still cannot live in harmony and need to make up the concept of ridiculous Gods. The world could recover, and perhaps evolution would produce a new species that appreciated it. Bring it on.
Yesterday, our village idiot visited China and was given crumbs, while it was confirmed that China has been giving Russia Hypersonic Missiles and assistance, which does not seem to have pleased Trump a lot.
