Update of fish tank (Photos not taken by myself. Credits to my neighbour)

It does look lovely Susie x

Counted the babies this morning, I now have 28 babies and the fish are still breeding, none of the other fish are bothered about them though, they are not been eaten or anything, just swimming around happily.

How many fish did you start with Susie?

six guppies Mags.

But we now have.

6 Guppies.
4 Platys
2 Mollies
6 Neons
5 Ground feeders

Hi

A lovely mix, the only issue is which type of Mollies, lovely looking, but some can get very big and bossy.

Your tank is a real credit to you, it will look fantastic when the plants grow and your water quality will be brilliant when they do.

Thanks Swimmers.

Orange colour Mollies.

Have counted about 26 babies, probably all Guppies.

Swimmers, the babies are getting bigger now, might not have enough room for them all, so might have to sell them back to the Aquatic shop.

Hi

Facebook is normally better, a local group, for selling.

Fish shops work on 600% profit.

Facebook is a good way of making friends and swapping fish.

You are obviously doing everything right.

Thanks Swimmers.

Fabulous photos of beautiful fish tank.
They look so clean and well maintained.

Gibbs, can you advise me please.

I only have small fishes in my tank, Guppies, Mollies, Neons, Barbs, Platys, Ground feeders, but about 30 babies now, I would like to get some bigger fish, what bigger fish are compatible with the other fishes, that are not going to eat the babies or peck at the guppies tails?

Hi

Apologies for the delay, only just seen this.

Your babies will grow and you will have more, so selling them or giving them away will be necessary, your tank will be over crowded if you do not.

Most larger fish will eat anything which fits in their mouths.

Your Mollies and swordtails will grow as well.

The easiest, safest larger fish are pearl gourami’s and the like.

Beautiful and gentle.

Thanks for the advise Gibbs.
