Hobart, Tasmania, that little island at the bottom of the Land Downunder has snow on Mt Wellington.
The temperature at 8.40am was minus 1.4 degrees.

I remember waking up Christmas Day 1967, looking out the window, the whole area was covered with snow.

I do remember a perfect, blue sky one day, then a cold front would sweep up from Antarctica covering Tassie and Victoria with snow.
Nature is unpredictable yet incredibly powerful, but for a tropical girl like me, I still love snow​:grin:

My sister is out in Aus and always rubbing my nose in it about the weather out there. It’s barely above freezing here on the North Coast at the moment.
