Can’t believe it …… always loved her! She was 83 and died at her home in Switzerland following a long illness. RIP Tina
Oh no! I’m so sad about this. What a shock. I love her music, style, energy, determination and warmth. I know she wasn’t well. But she seemed one of those people who would go on forever. RIP she gave the world so much joy.
I saw her perform live once she was wonderful .
So sad, rest in peace
One of the best, may she rest in peace…
Simply the best…RIP Tina…
One amazing woman love her music
Great Gams Tina, don’t judge me to harshly, RIP
So sad …
There are are many Tina Turner performances that I’ve enjoyed over the years but none more than that on The Tube in 1983:
Glenn Gregory and Martyn Ware on backing vocals - Annie Lennox in the audience …
There will only ever be ONE; the best and a true survivor.
Goodbye Anna. Nam-myoho-renge-kyo
An icon on so many levels.
RIP Tina
@Bruce Yes, rugby is much better than a game where the participants cant even pick the ball up while it’s in play without the ref going bananas
