I think Screwballs were later reclassified as Jaw Breakers .
Nah!
Easy peasy… once you got your jaws around the hard stuff anything was possible…
I always found the little comics somewhat disappointing
Second childhood . . . . what do you expect from the elderly!
lol how true that is it was like those tiny comics were just thrown together without any thought , my favorites were the rare but highly coveted cracker jack tattoos and yes as cheap as could be but as a kid they were amazing plus loved cracker jack.
Ha!
I’m going to have to go for a bit of a Google
Crackerjacks might not have been available on this side of the pond.
Some of us kids were green with envy looking at the adverts at the back of American comics…
It might seem a bit silly now
lol I ordered sea monkeys and X-ray glasses via those comics
Raquel Welch wasn’t good enough for you then…
Oh well, an opportunity squandered!
I am more of an Ann Margaret type .
If everyone could time travel, then the sharing out of jackpots from the lottery would mean that there’d be no big winners.
If you won £1,000 on the lottery you could travel back to 1963 and buy a house.
Wouldn’t it be weird if you travelled back in time and met yourself, say at the age of eleven…
But wouldn’t you remember having done so, if you had?
