We in the UK time travel twice a year, clocks going forward one hour and back one hour.
It is not fun at all.
I can lies here in the comfort of my own Caribbean Island themed hammock drinking Bacardi rockin cocktails waiting for the orient express to Venice. It’s virtual reality almost a reality TV experience.
I would go back to the time of dinosaurs as simply fascinating but yes I would take things with me but as someone who loves nature it would be incredible .
Agree think it will be sad and no fan of AI .
The 60’s, 70’s and 80’s were jobs galore but think computers came out in real numbers mid 80s or so ?
So things began to change but 80’s still great , I was a balding Hippie in the 70s after getting out of Army and what a bald blast I had as you Brits would say " I had a cracking time "
You are definitely a glass half full sort of bloke.
It would be fun going back and hiding some bits and pieces for future generations to uncover
Cast reality aside and imagine going on a time travel shopping trip… what would you come back with!
I never actually sampled the delights of a Lolly Gobble Choc Bomb!
Lolly Gobble Choc Bomb! Yes please.
Room temperature, if that’s OK.
You don’t need and eye-level oven and a green kitchen for that. Just fancied a warmish lolly gobble.
I get the distinct feeling that someone isn’t entering into the spirit of things…
Wall’s icecreams and lollies, yes please, do they still have those icecreams with a bubblegum at the bottom? They were my favourites!
Ok have it your way ps who’s the bird in the hot pants, making me go humid.
a proper 99 for me please.
Oh yes, they’re the ones, I was just crazy for bubblegums! So icecream with bubblegum - perfect!
I’m having to read half of these posts twice incase I get the wrong end of the stick …
