I loved the book, it was hilarious, sad, moving…
Ben Wishaw was Kay’s number one choice to play his character apparently, and he jumped at the chance.
I’m really looking forward to this adaptation, starts tomorrow BBC1 at 9pm

The book was very good .
Looking forward to watching this. I hope it hasn’t been over-hyped.
Well, I thought the first episode was quite funny in parts, and bloody in others. Not for the squeamish I would have thought with a couple of C-section deliveries shown. We’ll be watching the rest of the series.
Watched all 7 episodes.Thought it was fantastic.Sad,funny and thought provoking. As has been mentioned-not for the faint hearted but worth a watch.Read the book a while back.
Yes, Marge and I have both read this book, and an excellent book it is too.
It upset us how, because something went wrong but turned out to be no fault of his, he was accused and it turned him away from continuing his career.
Yes I have also read the book, but won’t bother with the tv adaptation.
It’s very good Jazzi
What channel is it on?
No idea. Maybe the opening post will say.
I watched all the episodes on iPlayer .
It’s far more serious than the book Ben Winslow played the main character brilliantly .
Sounds better than the book. I look forward to it appearing on Catch-up TV!
