It was to see ‘The Dream Boys’ at the Derby Arena and the price was £29. 50.
I would say that makes the matter worth pursuing.

We’ve been texting again.
I insisted it is my ticket, I paid for it & I want it in my possession.
She accused me of not seeing the ‘sensible solution’ ie: her keeping the ticket.
However, she finally agreed to post the ticket to me.
Fingers crossed she will. I just feel so annoyed to have all this hassle from this woman.

Well if it doesn’t arrive, just let me know and I’ll go round and fix her. 
Still don’t understand why it’s so hard for her to reimburse you the money you paid for it. Then she can keep the ticket, sell it to her friend, try and get a refund from the venue/ticket master, sell it on eBay etc.
Carol, I’m sorry that this has been aggro for you, I am not a theatre goer so, just of interest, how much a theatre cost for your average venue?
The show is at Derby Arena - not strictly speaking a theatre. Just a massive arena that holds a lot of people. The show was £29.50.
I go to the theatre a lot & an average price at the Theatre Royal Nottingham (my favourite venue) would be between £40 & £60.
One single ticket wouldn’t sell very well to a stranger ie: ebay. They would have to sit with Miss B & her friends - would you fancy it? lol
She had already tried to sell it to a friend on my behalf but not had much luck. I think that’s why she wouldn’t buy it off me.
When/if I receive the ticket I may look into getting a refund - no harm in trying.
Edit: Just looked on the website. Tickets are none refundable & none exchangeable.

I can’t believe she is refusing to send you the ticket you have paid for…thats so unfair. I would definitely drop her as a friend. I hope you get it resolved soon.

She only lives about 5 miles away & she can drive. She offered to come to my house to give me the money so once the ticket arrives from Miss B I will tell Miss A & hopefully she will come for it…
