This is not posting serious . In fact I have never posted seriously in over 20 years, in particular on this subject and religion. I post having a laff, but nobody has a laff these days.

Suez is a kiddie story compared to closing the Strait of Hormuz which has never happened.
20% of the world’s oil goes through there. Do you know what that will do? You will find out…and I will remind you when you’re moaning you can’t afford to switch the heater on this winter…

It looks like Trump is reacting to the economic chaos by saying the war will be over soon. The oil price per barrel immediately fell. So has the US achieved anything with this mess?

He said he expects the war to be over soon … but he’s not been told by Netanyahu when that will be.
I think that you must have reading problems, I have not complained about the Suez crisis? My memory of it was storing a somewhat huge amount of petrol, the reissue of petrol rationing books, which I still have and the big one, my one and only speeding ticket in over 70 years of driving, which I do not count as it was the first week the police used Ray Guns, and I was only exceeding the temporary low limit imposed due to rationing. As for heating, I live dead centre of a 620 acre country estate and heat the house mainly from a wood burner with a small amount of propane.

I think that you must have fallen out of a tree while swinging in the branches.
