With screens so shoppers can see themselves.
I watched as a man and woman were studying the top of their heads. The male had a visible bald spot, the woman not so afflicted.
The male said, “Great way to make a man feel self conscious”
After they moved on, I moved to the spot and viewed my head from above. I was shocked as to how much white hair was on top.
Salt and Pepper? If so, then Salt and White Pepper.
Looks like I am heading towards Salt and Salt.
Well at least you’ve got some sodium on top… don’t be such a misery!
White hair does not bother me as I’ve been white since 60 and I’m now coming up to 82. At least I still have hair, although it does seem to be thinning over the rest of my body.
I still have a full head of hair, just turning white at age 63.
Our local Aldi has overhead cameras over each self service machine.
Coles has overhead cameras at the self service checkouts.
Maybe we’re missing something here?
I remember the days when you’d take your purchases to a cashier, she had a job and engaged with people/customers.
Self scan is fine as as an option, can’t beat chatting to someone on the till, a social thing dare I say it!
I’ve never seen these cameras, but I know they are there, everywhere, I just never bothered looking. And I’d rather not know what the top of my head looks like nowadays. Oh wait, I always wear a cap, Prince Of Wales check, so nobody knows I’m erm thinning on top.
I always wear a hat too otherwise my head burns
It’s a habit these days anyway, as with kids, No Hat, No Play
Having a “Full Head” at any age can be a problem
