The storms have abated today

No comment on the weather… but l have to say, Besoeker…That photo is so simple yet speaks volumes… l love it.

That is so beautiful - thank you, Besoeker.

It really is a nice photo. Who would have thought a twig could be so moving.

Well they do say… Less is more!!

Yes, I believe they used to say that in the wages department of my old job.

The twig is a very good photo, Besoeker.

Horrible few days, including yesterday where it was still blowing a gale & lashing with rain. Today is calmer but grey & looks like rain any mo.
I want Summer here. :sunflower: :deciduous_tree: :hibiscus: :wilted_flower: :tulip: :honeybee: :rose:

Thank you all very kindly for the wee twig. This morning we spotted a slightly larger one:

We’re still get blasts of up to 50mph winds round here and the rain is bouncing off the drive.

Hi

Very heavy rain here and the winds are in the 50mph range.

The roads are suffering from flooding in parts and the Main River is rising rapidly, it still has a long way to go, peak expected on Tuesday.

I lied earlier, it’s blowing a gale again & hard rain. Horrible weather.

Apparently it is a storm, called Franklin & we have part of it here.

They do have ‘Branches’ all over the country Harbal…

Maybe, but you could only find a twig of that quality in the Doncaster area, Foxy. :slightly_smiling_face:
