It has done terrible damage the poor survivors are living on the streets
I was there in 2008. In the Atlas mountains close to the epicentre. Some very shocking videos online showing buildings collapsing. 
the earth is awake with quakes we have another in Syria now!
Isn’t awful , heartbreaking.
it obviously pays not to live anywhere any fault lines on the globe of course and also have well developed local services that can deal with things quickly and efficiently?
