For those who have not seen The Last Christmas, I can recommend this as light entertainment. It was shown on BBC2 last night and out of utter boredom with the rest of the listings, it was given a chance on my TV. I was pleasantly surprised by the cast, acting and story line which made a change for me.
Kate is a young woman subscribed to bad decisions. Working as an elf in a year round Christmas store is not good for the wannabe singer. However, she meets Tom there. Her life takes a new turn. For Kate, it seems too good to be true.
It is worth pulling up on iPlayer if you are bored over the holidays
