I am reading a book at present, a novel with the above title, by Joanna Rees.
A key is given to various random people which gives them their hearts desires, anything they ever wanted for free. I am about half way through it & it got me thinking, what would I do if I had one of those keys.
I think I would use it wisely, not go mad & wish for vast wealth, I would use it to have some sort of business then should the key run out I would still have a business & not be poor again. Assuming I was fairly young when I received the key that is.
What would others here do with a key like that?

I wouldn’t want anything for myself, but there are some terrible illnesses in this world so may be a cure for them
