its my new go to meat , i cut the thickest fat off before chopping it up in cubes , its the fat that makes it tasty after a slow cook …its so tender it melts in your mouth …

I took some stewing Beef out this morning after reading Furrys post , and its in the slow cooker with Leek,peas , carrots and potatoes , mixed herbs, pepper , smells to die for …

LURVVVE A good pot of Cawl. It’s lamb for me, though. That strange woman I use to live with made a decent job of making it. My attempts are woeful.
