mmm not so healthy today.

Porridge made with water and 2 fresh prunes. Tea.
Cod, Chips and side salad. Tea.
Tonight: Cheese roll. Tea.

Breakfast: Toast, peanut butter. tea.
Dinner: Fish, jacket potato, cauliflower cheese, leeks.
Supper: Cereal.
