I noticed some changes but didn’t think anything of it as I thought that’s not what I was meant to be watching for 
However I agree about cyclists, I almost ran one over once while pulling out onto a road in the dark - a cyclist was coming towards me (but with no light or visible jacket - so in that case I would argue it was both of our faults!). Nobody was hit tho but he did shout “Oi!”
